"When I needed answers, Willow was there to help me. She explained that my insurance had jumped $900/year because I moved to another state, AZ. State Farm's tenure, time with them, doesn't carry over into another state. After 50 years I am treated as a new client who had an accident 1.5 years ago not an old client whose accident is forgiven if I don't have another one in 3 years. She also answered other questions after contacting the appropriate departments. If you need help Willow is the right person. I'm sorry she will no longer be able to help me since I had to change insurance companies to get an acceptable premium."

"We’ve been with Laurie Brazier’s office out of Sparks for 10 years and she just recently retired. We were randomly given to Jake Johnston’s office based on location. Of course we had a hiccup with our mortgage company not issuing our renewal policy in time so I contacted Joanna with Jake’s office and she’s been wonderful to work with. Without having a professional working history she took our issue and continues to help us get it resolved. Kudos to her for such great customer service and support."
